HOW TrackHU WORKS?

ATOTO TrackHU GPS tracking app provides convenient vehicle tracking and safety assurance. It allows for location monitoring, journey tracking, and speed checks whether the car is with a friend, family. It promptly sends geofence and online/offline status alerts via email, making vehicle surveillance simple and efficient.

Note:

1. Ensure your car stereo’s both GPS and network (Wi-Fi or 4G LTE) are enabled to receive notifications via email and to access tracking data in the TrackHU Manager APP or website.
2. If your car stereo loses internet connectivity, the tracking data will be stored locally and automatically uploaded to the server once the connection is restored.

Note:

1. For a complete user experience, we suggest using TruckHU with the “TrackHU Manager” mobile app.
2. The TrackHU app is ONLY compatible with ATOTO A6 PF, A6 PP, S8 (Gen2) Android series car stereos and AD6.
3. NOT compatible with P8 On-Dash Navigator, F7 series car stereos and other traditional models of ATOTO car stereos (including SA102 Stater, A6Y, A6KL, S8-Gen1, etc.) or car stereos from other brands.

HOW TO USE?

Make Visible
Step 1：

For A6 PF, A6 PP, S8 (Gen2), go to “Settings>Device”, and tap “Device” 4 times quickly. Then a prompt will show up to tell you the TrackHU app is now visible in the car stereo’s app list.
For AD6, Go to “Settings>System>About Device>Software Version Info>Serial Number”, and tap “Serial Number” 4 times to access TrackHU.

(Note: The TrackHU APP icon is hidden by default to protect users’ privacy. You can click four times again following the path above to make the APP invisible.)

GPS & Network
Step 2:

Enable the car stereo’s GPS and network (Wi-Fi or 4G LTE for your choice)

Activate
Step 3:

Open the TrackHU app on the car stereo, and tap the status button to activate it. You will see the color turns green.

Scan
Step 4:

Use your phone to scan the QR code to access the TrackHU Manager app or website (gpstrack.myatoto.com) where you can view all the information above right at your fingertips.

HOW TO GET?

To get TruckHU:
✔ For AD6, the TrackHU app is pre-installed, you can use it directly.

✔ For ATOTO A6 PF, A6 PP, S8 (Gen2) series car stereo:
the TrackHU app is initially hidden for privacy. Go to “Settings>Device”, and tap “Device” 4 times quickly to check if your car stereo has installed the TrackHU app.

• If a prompt show up to tell you the TrackHU app is now visible in the app list, you can use it directly.

• No prompt means your Android car stereo may need an upgrade to access the TrackHU app.
  • You can go to resources.myatoto.com to upgrade the Android car stereo system, and the newly upgraded system will come with the pre-installed TruckHU app. (Route: resources.myatoto.com > Firmware Update )
  • Feel free to reach out to ATOTO customer service at support@myatoto.com should you encounter any issues.

To get TruckHU Manager:
a. Visit the ATOTO resource website (resources.myatoto.com) and download the TrackHU Manager APK yourself. (Route: resources.myatoto.com > Download 3rd-Party Apps > Search “TrackHU Manager”)
b. Please contact ATOTO customer service (support@myatoto.com) to obtain the TrackHU Manager APK.
